By accessing and using Times of Dominican Republic ("TDR"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

TDR is a news aggregation and opinion platform that provides summarized news content from various sources and hosts user-contributed opinion pieces (op-eds and blogs). We do not republish full articles from external sources.
3. User Accounts
You may create an account to save articles, submit op-eds, and personalize your experience. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Accounts are available for readers, contributors, and editors/administrators.
4. Content and Copyright
All aggregated content on TDR consists of original summaries with full attribution to the original source. We do not claim ownership of externally sourced material. Short excerpts (under 40 words) may be quoted with proper attribution. Users retain ownership of their submitted op-ed content but grant TDR a non-exclusive license to publish, display, and distribute it on our platform.
5. User Submissions
Op-ed and blog submissions must comply with our Content Guidelines. All submissions are reviewed by our editorial team before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit for clarity, or remove any content that violates our guidelines.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not: post content that incites violence or constitutes hate speech; plagiarize or submit copyrighted material without permission; misrepresent their identity; use the platform for spam or commercial solicitation without authorization; attempt to circumvent security measures.
7. Sponsored Content
Any paid, sponsored, or advertiser-provided content will be clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Advertisement" and will be visually distinguished from editorial content.
8. Disclaimer
TDR provides content for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any content, including aggregated news summaries. Users should verify information with original sources.
9. Limitation of Liability
TDR shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes.
