Abinader Will Allocate Funds Recovered From Corruption to Sports Works; in Two Weeks He Will Report on Aerodom

President Luis Abinader has confirmed that the Dominican government is repurposing assets recovered from corruption investigations to fund sports facilities and public infrastructure projects. This initiative is framed as a policy of transparency and social pedagogy, intended to demonstrate the tangible benefits of reclaiming public funds lost to mismanagement. The administration plans to provide a detailed report on the Aerodom contract in the coming weeks as part of its ongoing commitment to fiscal accountability. This move highlights the government's strategy to link anti-corruption efforts directly to visible social development.
